I have experience handling a large volume (2000+) of technical documentation, particularly in semiconductor test equipment. I also lean into my experience as a former secondary educator in building relationships, consensus, and structure with other teams to facilitate effective communication.

I thrive in environments where growth and challenge opportunities exist.  

While I bring a varied background of industry experiences and can easily adapt to wearing more hats than one, I am more comfortable staying in my lane of expertise. 

I enjoy partnering with other teams or stakeholders to build alignment structures where those opportunities exist and benefit the users of those systems.

I would like to be mentored in the area of large-scale document strategizing, document team management, and establishing company-wide document policy. While I have some experience in this area, it has been self-driven through trial and error. I would covet the opportunity to be coached by a senior technical writer/staff writer and eventually have the opportunity of driving the implementation in these key interest areas.
